Texas District 31 Congressional Art Contest Announces Results

Every spring, Congress recognizes talented high school students in each congressional district through a visual art competition.  The Annual Congressional Art CompetitionAn Artistic Discovery, is a fantastic way to feature the talent of Texas District 31.

The winning artwork from each Congressional District will be displayed for one year, in the Cannon Office Building tunnel that leads into the U.S. Capitol.  In addition, the winner from Texas District 31 will be awarded two round trip airline tickets to Washington, D.C., as well as accommodations for two nights in Washington, D.C.

Congressman John Carter’s office announced the 2017 winners on Saturday, May 6th.  Congratulations to the following Round Rock ISD Visual Arts students:
