Many campuses in the Round Rock ISD extend their student learning through field trips out to local venues. These trips are planned relative to a lesson in order to see and experience concepts, ideas and artifacts that help learning come alive. This is especially important in the fine arts so students can experience the performing or visual works of professionals to infomr learning. Recently, visual arts students from C.D. Fulkes Middle School visited the Jack S. Blanton Museum of Art through their Doing Social Justice program. Take a moment to see what some of our visual arts students experienced from the teacher’s point of view.
