Round Rock ISD will be hosting its Twentieth Annual Festival of Bands on September 30, 2019 at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex at 7pm. Well over 4,000 people gather to support the work of students in our instrumental music programs in this celebration of musical achievement.
