Festival of Bands

On October 1, 2024, band members from 5 District high schools and 11 District middle schools will take the field to perform in a Round Rock ISD musical exhibition tradition, Festival of Bands, in its 23nd year. The event, held at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex, will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The spectacular sights and sounds of Festival of Bands draw more than 4,000 community members to celebrate the musical achievements of Round Rock ISD students, in the District’s music programs.

Fans can expect to enjoy performances from marching bands and color guard programs.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students.

The District’s Clear Bag Policy will be enforced at Festival of Bands.

The mission of the Round Rock ISD Fine Arts Department is to equip all students with the skills to develop and express their creativity through involvement in, and appreciation of Music, Theatre, Art and/or Dance. Student learners will apply skills and concepts acquired through fine arts participation across all subject areas. We commit to providing appropriate support to students and teachers to ensure individual and collective success.
