Fine Arts Facility Accessibility

Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating is available at the Cedar Ridge Auditorium, Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center, and Stony Point Auditorium.

  • For non-ticketed concerts and events, ADA seating is available on a first-come, first served status.
  • When purchasing ADA seating tickets online, select the ADA Tickets under Seating Type for the performance date desired. Please note: Wheelchair spaces have no seat and are designed to park a braked wheelchair. Companion seats are designated for non-wheel chair bound patrons or their attendants.

If you require additional assistance or have other special seating concerns, please notify the PAC Manager at 512.464.6589 or email the PAC.

Assistive Listening

Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Cedar Ridge Auditorium, Raymond E. Hartfield Performing Arts Center, and Stony Point Auditorium. This service is free of charge, but a driver’s license is required for loan of equipment. Please see the PAC Staff member at each facility to obtain a device 30 minutes prior to the event start time.

Assistive Listening Devices are not available for fine arts events held in campus spaces unless specified.

Sign Interpreted Performances

American Sign Language interpreted performances are offered if programmed by the producing director. Requests for seating with a view of the ASL interpreter area can be made by calling the PAC Manager at 512.464.6589 or email the PAC.

Requests for all performances should be made at least two weeks in advance. Services are not guaranteed for all events and are subject to the availability of an interpreter.
